Lakewood TX Karate
Karate and Kung Fu are similar but also quite different. Karate was first developed in China and spread to Okinawa. The Okinawans than spread this martial arts training to the islands of Japan where it became known as Kung Fu. For our purposes, we borrow the most effective techniques from both disciplines as they have evolved over centuries. Participants of our Lakewood TX Karate and Texas City Kung Fu can expect to improve in their ability through the repetitive practice of technique. We work individually and in group sessions to develop skills that are essential to both of these Asian martial arts disciplines.
The martial arts instructors of Texas Best Personal Training have years of experience in both Lakewood TX Karate and Texas City Kung Fu instruction. You can rely on their teaching and support to improve your skills in technique and self-defense. Martial arts training enhances a person’s physical prowess but also their mental acuity. Our participants frequently report improved flexibility and coordination as well as stronger focus and improved mood.
What Our Clients Are Saying
My name is Lisa Sciacca I am an office manager at a U.S. Customs Brokerage. I have had the absolute pleasure of meeting Sensei Don about 3 years ago. In that time I was a member of his Kickboxing school. What I learned and witnessed while training and learning to kickbox was a life changing experience. Dons level of knowledge and commitment to his students and members was very high. Our classes were tough, engaging and inspirational. We miss you Don and look forward to hearing of all you great successes.

I have known Don since 1999 when I started training with him. As a federal law enforcement officer I was always trying to improve my marital arts skills. I have had 8 instructors prior to Don and I can honestly say that Don was the best marital arts instructor I ever had. I have done training videos with him and I know that anyone who studies under him will learn a lot. He is the BEST
